Because I have a lot to say and a new platform to say it through, I'm pushing myself to...speak. I'm eight years deep into this birth worker stuff and I've picked up some potent observations. I can't sit on the beauty I've observed, so this December I'm excited to blog consistently for the first time. I will be presenting various topics and opening up to women and their families. Let's discuss where we all think this birth culture should go. Let's be blunt and progressive. I'll pull no punches with my truths as I place them here.
I was a little overexcited with my original idea to write every night. I pumped my fist in the air and then realized that it was already late into the night after I changed my last diaper and before I even got to think about business. As I evolve my goals, I have to be gentle with myself.
So I will be doula "wisdoming" every OTHER night. Please tune in when you can and contribute to the dialogue. I'm so excited to learn from your experiences and observations!
