Are you in need of more sleep and energy? Reiki will relax your mind and body so that you sleep peacefully, wake up rested, and have more energy throughout the day. Your baby will feel at peace as you receive reiki. Mommy and Baby reiki is given in person (local) or at a distance in three, 15 minute sessions by me, Zuri Sabir, RMT
